Due to a planned upgrade from 5 pm Friday 29 May to 8 am Monday 1 June, Sydney Student was unavailable during this time.

We are aware that this outage has impacted students who may have wanted to remove a unit of study ahead of the 31 May DF deadline (last day of teaching) for some sessions.

This impacted students enrolled in units in the following sessions:

  • Semester 1B (S1CRB)
  • Semester 1 (S1C)
  • Research Period 2 Units (S1CRP2)
  • Intensive April – May (S1CIMY)
  • PG Online session 1B (S1COPB)
  • Semester 1 DVM Placement Rotation (S1CVP5)

What you need to do

If you would like to remove a unit of study held in one of the impacted sessions, but were unable to do so due to the Sydney Student outage, you can submit an enquiry online.

In your enquiry, please indicate that you would like a unit removed and DF grade applied, but were unable to do so due to the outage. Make sure you include the unit of study.

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
