When you select your units in Sydney Student, make sure you check the location code and choose whether you want to study a remote or on campus unit. Find out more about selecting units of study in Sydney Student.
The timetable for July and August intensives will be managed in Sydney Timetable. Learn more about Sydney Timetable system and its key features.
You can view the proposed timetable for July and August intensives on the 2022 Timetable page. These timetables are indicative only and subject to change until you receive your personalised timetable in Sydney Timetable.
After you complete your enrolment in Sydney Student, you will need to log in to Sydney Timetable between 14 June - 4 July for Intensive July and 14 June - 31 July for Intensive August to allocate yourself to available classes for the intensives that you have enrolled in. In many instances, there will only be one class for a unit of study. If this is the case, you will be automatically allocated to this class. Unlike in previous years, staff in faculties and schools will no longer allocate you to classes for intensive units.
There is no preferencing period for July or August intensives, so you will be able to allocate yourself to a class straight away. Find out how to allocate yourself to a class on the review and adjust page.
If you don’t allocate yourself to your classes before the deadline, you will be allocated classes by the Timetabling Team. The last day to allocate yourself to classes is 4 July for Intensive July and 31 July for Intensive August.
If you are unable to allocate to classes due to exceptional circumstances, you can use our online form to request assistance with your timetable for July and August intensive units of study. For your request to be considered, you need to include any required supporting documents.
