Enrolment and handbook webinars
Join our series of webinars that cover how to enrol and understanding your handbook. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions. These one hour sessions run in December 2024 and January 2025. Register online now.
You can enrol online through the University’s student administration system, Sydney Student. During the enrolment process you will select units of study (subjects), confirm your financial liability, upload a photo for your student card and complete other required administrative tasks.
If you are using assistive technology and have difficulty using the online enrolment system, we can help you complete your enrolment on campus. Please contact our Inclusion and Disability Services support team.
If you're an international student, you need to have a valid eCoE before you can enrol.
If you need to enrol in more than one course at the same time, check our concurrent enrolment page for more information.
Before you enrol, make sure you understand your course requirements and the options available to you. It’s helpful to think ahead, planning out your units each semester and being aware of your progress is an important part of making sure you’re successful in your course.
Each course has specific requirements you need to meet, but many also allow you to tailor your course to your interests and goals. If you’re a coursework student, you’ll need to decide which units of study you want to take.
Our Planning your course page can help you understand the structure of your course and how to choose your units of study. You should also read your handbook for your specific course requirements and options.
If you've completed previous studies or have relevant work experience, you may want to consider applying for recognition of prior learning.
Think about what you may want to study in future years and what you can do to keep your options open. For example, you may need to complete certain prerequisites for units of study the following year.
You may also want to consider alternative study opportunities such as Study Abroad and Exchange or studying during an intensive session.
Once you’re confident in your decisions you’re ready to enrol.
After you’ve accepted your offer, we’ll email you once enrolment has opened for your course.
Keeping us in touch with your current location (onshore/offshore) is very important...
