This unit examines pedagogical and professional practices in 9-12 Health and Physical Education (HPE). Students will examine current syllabus (NESA) and policy documents (NSWDoE) to refine planning and programming skills for the elective Stage 5 and 6 HPE courses. Throughout the unit of study, students will participate in a number of small group and individual class-based activities designed to encourage skill development, facilitate communication and research skills, and to promote criticial reflection on learning and professional practices.
