At the completion of this unit, you should be able to:
- LO1. Apply principles of coaching pedagogy and learning theories to design and implement effective strategies that address the challenges of complex coaching situations, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
- LO2. Integrate evidence based practices to design and implement optimal learning environments that enhance skill acquisition, engagement, and performance in diverse contexts.
- LO3. Demonstrate effective communication strategies in challenging situations, as well as in group/team and one-on-one contexts, to enhance learning, understanding, collaboration and performance.
- LO4. Critically evaluate coaching practice and, through reflection and feedback,, make evidence-based adjustments to enhance athlete learning and performance.
