Pedagogy, Leadership and Learning develops understanding about schools, teaching and the critical role that teachers play as leaders of learning. This unit makes explicit links between educational theory and practice. The unit is underpinned by principles of reflective practice and leadership for learning. Students of Pedagogy, Leading and Learning will synthesise their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy within the context of professional experience in schools where students will have opportunities to apply their understandings, observe, teach and lead.
