This advanced unit of study will cover the same core lecture material as for ENVI3111, but students will be required to carry out more challenging writing based activities.

At the completion of this unit, you should be able to:

  • LO3. identify the efficacy of environmental law for environmental problem-solving
  • LO4. engage in critical thinking and analysis of environmental law and ethics and present this thinking in an analytical manner
  • LO5. identify various environmental ethical approaches
  • LO6. use and incorporate a variety of legal and interdisciplinary sources in written communication.
