At the completion of this unit, you should be able to:
- LO1. demonstrate an understanding of the key principles, institutions and instruments of environmental law
- LO2. demonstrate an awareness of the origins and sources of environmental laws
- LO3. identify the efficacy of environmental law for environmental problem-solving
- LO4. engage in critical thinking and analysis of environmental law and ethics and present this thinking in an analytical manner
- LO5. identify various environmental ethical approaches
- LO6. use and incorporate a variety of legal and interdisciplinary sources in written communication.
