The Disability Action Plan outlines our commitment to disability inclusion and providing a barrier-free workplace for our staff with a disability.
We have established the Disability Support Fund, a centrally managed fund, to provide financial support for workplace adjustments. We offer support with the use of assistive technology at work, flexible working arrangements, workplace assessments and confidential advice on requesting and implementing workplace adjustments. We can also provide modifications to the built environment if required.
The University is committed to increasing the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our workforce and enhancing future employment opportunities for Indigenous staff and students.
