Casual lecturer/tutor positions

Periodically we seek casual lecturers and tutors to contribute to our teaching programs. The School offers several programs in architecture, design and planning across a wide range of study areas.

Successful candidates will:

  • be capable of effective teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate level; and
  • have talent and enthusiasm for teaching.

Relevant experience is desirable and it is beneficial to hold, or have made significant progress towards obtaining, a postgraduate architecture, design or planning degree.

Note: Your expression of interest will be placed in our database, and as the need arises you may be contacted. Casual lecturers and tutors who have taught with the School in 2021 do not need to apply through this process.

To lodge an expression of interest, please complete the expression of interest form. Casual lecturing and tutoring is only open to residents of Australia who have their own existing work rights for Australia (which are not tied to an employer).
