The Bachelor of Architecture and Environments will provide you with interdisciplinary skills and understandings that are foundational to a variety of creative and fulfilling careers in the built environment.

What will I learn? 

The Bachelor of Architecture and Environments will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the built environment. You'll learn how different disciplines interact; from design and architecture to urban planning, sustainability, building systems, and construction.

Throughout the program, you'll focus on real-world challenges and emerging technologies in design, construction, and urban planning. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to gain valuable practical experience through diverse projects, workshops and site visits, culminating with a capstone design studio in your final year. This blend of theory with hands-on practice will encourage you to think critically, collaborate, and innovate.  

Upon graduation, you will understand how the fields of architecture, design, planning, and architectural science interconnect. You will also be able to integrate practical skills and theory to solve real-world issues, and address historical, cultural, environmental and social issues in the design process. These essential skills will leave you prepared to meet the evolving challenges of the industry.
