Director's message

"After the disruption brought about by COVID, we now have a moment to reset the ways we interact around research agendas that have themselves been changed by our experience of the global pandemic. SSSHARC has always been committed to research advancement through the provision of an environment marked by a high degree of informal exchange between researchers with different disciplinary skillsets and experience.

The best ideas come from other people. Now that Australia has re-opened to the world, SSSHARC looks forward to kickstarting its face-to-face activities with a renewed emphasis on international partnerships, team-based approaches to research, and advanced research training in the service of methodological innovation and renewal. No quarantine required."
