The Discipline of Anthropology hold regular seminars for the general public, staff, students, visiting anthropologists and colleagues from related fields to exchange ideas and discuss new research. Most Thursdays during the teaching term, an invited speaker presents their work in a seminar, starting at 3:00pm, followed by discussion and a light reception.
