Celebrating the legacy of the Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarship, this exhibition highlights the work of SCA graduates and scholarship recipients, showcasing their talent and contribution to contemporary art.
The Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarships offer support to Sydney College of Arts (SCA) graduates, enabling them to pursue professional development through international or domestic travel. Open to all SCA alumni, the scholarships consist of two categories: a $10,000 Emerging Scholarship and a $30,000 Mid-career/Established Scholarship.
Drawing from the rich talent pool of SCA graduates, the Fauvette exhibition has earned a strong reputation for showcasing high-quality contemporary art. The recipients and finalists include some of the most notable contemporary artists in Australia.

The finalists were selected by an esteemed judging panel including Associate Professor Andrew Lavery, Co-Chair and Co-Director, SCA, Professor Mikala Dwyer, Fine Art, RMIT University, and Dr Mark Shorter, Senior Lecturer and Head of Sculpture at the Victorian College of Arts.
