Seeding Indigenous business

The Cooee Program is designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander small business owners in remote communities, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen skills and knowledge.

Over the course of a week, participants will dive deep into a range of key business areas, gaining hands-on, intensive experience in person at the University of Sydney. After the face-to-face sessions, the learning journey continues with personalised online mentoring from experienced industry professionals, empowering business owners to thrive and grow.

The Cooee Program is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business owners operating in remote communities.

We’d love to hear how your business contributes to your community, and what you hope to gain from the Cooee Program.

The Cooee Program will run from 9 – 15 November 2025 at the University of Sydney’s CBD Campus.

There are no associated costs with the program. All travel, accommodation, and meals will be provided by the University.
