Bachelor of Music (Performance)

To qualify for the award of the pass degree in the Performance stream, a candidate must successully complete 192 credit points comprising:

(i) 72 credit points of Principal Study units of study;

(ii) 12 credit points in Music Theory units of study;

(iii) 12 credit points of Aural Skills units of study;

(iv) 24 credit points of Music Analysis, History and Culture Studies units of study;

(v) 12 credit points of Final Year Projects units of study;

(vi) 60 credit points of elective units of study as set out in the Pathwya Tables for specific Principal study areas, and comprised of:

(a) A major from Table S; or

(b) A minor from Table S and/or

(c) up to 12 credit points from Table O; and/or

(d) elective units from Table A; and/or

(e) elective units from Table S

(ii) Jazz Performance

(iii) Non-Orchestral Instrumental Performance

(iv) Orchestral Instrument Performance

(v) Voice (classical) Performance
