Pain Management

Unit outlines will be available through Find a unit outline two weeks before the first day of teaching for 1000-level and 5000-level units, or one week before the first day of teaching for all other units.

Pain Management

Master of Medicine (Pain Management)

Students must complete 48 credit points, including:
(a) 30 credit points of core units of study; and
(b) 18 credit points of elective units of study.
Students have the option of completing one major. Completion of a major is not a requirement of the course.

Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management)

Students must complete 48 credit points, including:
(a) 30 credit points of core units of study; and
(b) 18 credit points of elective units of study.
Students have the option of completing one major. Completion of a major is not a requirement of the course.

Major

(a) A major requires the completion of 48 credit points from the units of study listed below.
(b) The available major is:
(i) orofacial pain
(c) Core units of study that are common to the requirements of a major may count to that major, however, any unit of study may only count toward one major.

Graduate Diploma in Pain Management

Students must complete 36 credit points, including:
(a) 24 credit points of core units of study; and
(b) 12 credit points of elective units of study.

Graduate Certificate in Pain Management

Students must complete 24 credit points, including:
(a) 24 credit points of core units of study.
