Graduates of the Master of Business Law utilise an extensive understanding of business regulation theories and apply them to diverse local and global contexts. They are able to navigate the complexities of business law, ensuring informed decision-making and risk assessment in contemporary commerce scenarios.

By completing the Master of Business Law, graduates will:

2	Identify and apply sources of law across specialist areas relevant to business, accounting, and taxation (domestic and international), national and international commercial law, corporate and securities regulation, and banking and financial institutions law.
3	Critically analyse complex legal principles relevant to business operations and commerce.
4	Integrate advanced business law knowledge from specialised areas to contribute to policy development in diverse business scenarios responding to changes in business law and scholarship and apply this knowledge to novel situations using business law to identify, assess, and allocate business risk.
5	Employ advanced research methodologies in business law, undertaking substantial projects in national and international business regulation domains.
6	Demonstrate expert judgment, cognitive, technical, and creative skills in relation to diverse commercial scenarios addressing and resolving complex legal challenges.
7	Articulate objective or persuasive analysis and conclusions using outstanding written and oral communication methods appropriate to diverse audiences.
8	Employ advanced written and oral communication skills while operating autonomously, upholding business and legal ethics, and demonstrating accountability.
