The National Centre for Cultural Competence has developed a series of five online modules to help organisations and individuals bring about positive change and create more culturally competent workplaces and environments.

Developed by a team of experienced academics, our evidence-based curriculum goes beyond cultural awareness to enable participants to foster practical cultural competence capabilities and improve cultural responsiveness.

The modules feature self-reflective learning methods, stories from real people and interactive assessments to engage learners effectively and enhance retention of cultural competence principles.

What made this course truly valuable was how it equipped me with concrete strategies for building cultural awareness, which I now use regularly in both workplace interactions and personal relationships.
