Who's eligible

You must:

  • be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate coursework degree within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney
  • be enrolled in COMP4446 Natural Language Processing

Note: Preference will be given to applicants who identify as one or more of the below:

I. identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island person as defined in the University of Sydney’s Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identity Policy 2015
II. female and/or gender-diverse, or
III. culturally and linguistically diverse.

Background

This Scholarship was established in 2022 to promote equity, diversity and inclusion, and to support students undertaking studies in Computational Linguistics within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney.

This Scholarship is funded by a donation from Appen Butler Hill Pty Ltd.
