Become a PASS facilitator

What happens next

If your application is successful, a video interview may be requested before a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview will be with a selection panel consisting of three Business School staff. Interviews will take about 15 minutes and last no longer than 20 minutes.

If you’re shortlisted from the interview, you will attend a one-hour online assessment centre, taking place in November. Over the course of the hour, you’ll undergo assessment to further gauge your suitability for the role.

PASS training will take place through a mixture of online modules and two days of compulsory training in February.

Employment in the program depends upon the following criteria:

  • your performance during the PASS assessment centre
  • the number of student enrolments into the Business School
  • the number and breadth of units that PASS will operate in, and when they are confirmed
  • the availability of rooms for the sessions
  • the personal timetables of team members and their availability to facilitate sessions during the semester. Fewer facilitators will be employed by PASS in Semester 2.
