For All Earthkind

A music led public engagement project to align with the UN Climate Summit.

FOR ALL EARTHKIND is a four year plan to build a cultural framework around annual music-based, multi-location events that align with the UN Climate Summit. FOR ALL EARTHKIND creates a focus for communities around the world to also come together and give shape to their intentions for the future in relationship to the planet, in this critical moment.

This collaboration’s aim is to harness the power of music to bring the people of the world together to give voice to our ambition for a sustainable future.

In 2023, as world heads of state met for day 2 of the World Climate Action Summit at COP 28, UN Climate Summit in Dubai, an arts-led community gathered to send a message to world leaders in song.

The gathering of 400 volunteer professional, school and community musicians, sound engineers, staging and cameras came together to perform and to make this video to send the Australian Pavilion at the COP to the Youth Delegates. A successful first step to get into the delegate zone and hopefully earworm them with inspiration, hope and heart.

This event was held at Pier 2/3 Walsh Bay on Saturday December 2, 2023.
