The course includes a number of popular panel sessions on the topic of Public Transport in the “New Normal”; Zero emission buses; and Industrial relations in the bus industry. 

ITLS and Transport for NSW are offering up to eight fee scholarships for suitable individuals working in TfNSW contracted Community Transport Service Providers (CTSPs) to attend the CTM course 16-19 July 2024. Apply now

Foton Mobility Distribution (FMD) are offering up to three fee scholarships for emerging achievers in the bus and coach sector to undertake the CTM. Apply now

Volvo Bus Australia is offering two fee scholarships for woman in transport to attend the CTM. Apply now

The Certificate of Transport Management Refresher (CTMR) is only open to existing holders of a Certificate in Transport Management or a Certificate in Coach Management.

The three-day program is designed to refresh knowledge and skills in the management, planning and policy areas that are central to the success of this industry. We particularly welcome operators, suppliers and consultants to register. The course broadens understanding of the industry and management considerations in running an efficient, safe and successful transport service, offering participants the chance to update previous learning skills and to familiarise themselves with the latest developments in the industry including zero emission buses and sustainable transport options

Following requests from previous CTMR participants, Day 4 of the CTM program will now be available to attend for the additional cost of $500. Please choose this option when registering for the CTMR.

All fees are inclusive of GST, catering and access to learning material through our e-learning site, Canvas.

Cancellations: A 10% administration fee will be applied to refunds for any cancellation; no refund will be available for cancellations made after the 15th June 2024.

An invoice can be arranged for group bookings of three or more participants from the same organisation made before 15 June 2024. Please email business.itlsinfo@sydney.edu.au with the organisation's ABN and details of each participant, as required on the online registration form.

The course will be held at the University of Sydney Business School CBD Campus, which is located at Level 17, Stockland Building, 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
