Project organising

Enabling successful project management

Our research into project organising examines the optimal processes and conditions for high-performing project teams, with a view to organising projects effectively in challenging or unstable circumstances.

The project organising theme explores the characteristics and dynamics of project organising across a broad variety of domains, including uncertain contexts that are prone to rapid changes and decision-making based on limited information.

A key focus in this theme is the study of mechanisms and conditions by which high-performance project teams can be created and sustained, and how management of and for project stakeholders can be undertaken through meaningful engagement from project value conception to investment and benefits realisation.
