Course learning outcomes - Master of Commerce (Extension) and Master of Commerce
1. Evaluate and synthesise advanced disciplinary frameworks and principles in a range of complex business contexts. Depth of disciplinary expertise
2. Apply advanced disciplinary frameworks and principles to diagnose and analyse complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions that are research- and evidence-based.
3. Communicate persuasively and professionally to diverse stakeholder groups via the appropriate communication and presentation approaches suitable to differing business contexts.
4. Organise and evaluate complex information from diverse sources to influence and inform evidence- based, ethical, and technology-enabled decisions in dynamic business contexts.
5. Identify and evaluate new opportunities and ideas in ambiguous business contexts, using innovative, technology-aware and creative strategies.
6. Effectively collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds (e.g. social and cultural) to address business challenges with adaptability and intercultural sensitivity.
7. Integrate and synthesise interdisciplinary knowledge to evaluate and address complex business challenges, incorporating industry and cross-disciplinary insights.
8. Integrate ethical perspectives with personal and professional values to support responsible and sustainable decision making.

Course learning outcomes - Graduate Diploma in Commerce
1. Apply advanced knowledge of disciplinary principles, theories, and frameworks in a range of complex business contexts.
2. Identify and analyse business challenges and propose strategic, evidence-based solutions.
3. Communicate professionally to stakeholder groups via appropriate communication and presentation approaches suitable to business contexts.
4. Select, analyse, and interpret information from diverse and credible digital sources to support ethical and informed decision-making in technology-rich environments.
5. Explore opportunities and ideas in ambiguous business contexts, using innovative, technology-aware, and practical strategies.
6. Integrate cultural competence by considering social, cultural, and ethical perspectives into business practices and communication, with sensitivity to diverse working environments.
7. Integrate intra- and inter-disciplinary perspectives in complex and cross-sectoral business environments.
8. Apply ethical frameworks and reflect on personal and professional accountability and responsibility, in business decisions.
