The Guidelines team offer a free, online Community of Practice for professionals in Australia who work with people experiencing co-occurring AOD use and mental health conditions. The Community of Practice has been developed for members to make connections, access evidence-based resources and engage and collaborate with other professionals to enhance their practice.
In doing so, the Community of Practice fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among health and social service professionals to improve the management and outcomes of people experiencing co-occurring AOD use and mental health conditions.
The Cracks in the Ice toolkit has dedicated evidence-based information and resources for health workers to support capacity building and guide best practice when working with people who are using methamphetamine (including crystal methamphetamine).
