SEI Visiting Fellows and PhDs

Visit and collaborate with the SEI
Sydney Environment Institute invites Expressions of Interest for researchers and PhD students wishing to visit and collaborate with us, in order to share knowledge and leverage multidisciplinary problem solving at a national and global level.

SEI aims to support and mentor ambitious, imaginative, collaborative endeavours by students, scholars, and practitioners. SEI visitors will be provided with a space at the University of Sydney, facilitated introductions to SEI members and researchers, and the opportunity to to lead an event, seminar or masterclass.

Please note that SEI has limited availability to accommodate visitors and that visits usually last a maximum of two months. 

EOIs to become a SEI Visiting Fellow or Visiting PhD Fellow are welcome at any time on a rolling basis, however, applications will be assessed three times a year on the following dates:
