Applications are open for SEI’s 2024 Honours Research Fellowship Program

27 November 2023
The deadline for applications has been extended to 22 February, 2024.
The honours fellowship is open to eligible University of Sydney students who are interested in multidisciplinary research around critical environmental issues.

We welcome applications from all faculties and strive for diverse multidisciplinary cohorts. In 2023, our Honours Fellows were from Engineering, Law and Science.

Students should be planning to commence Honours in Semester 1, 2024 with their research aligning with at least one of SEI priority areas for next year: climate disaster and adaptation; environmental justices; transformative governance; and biodiversity and conservation.

The aim of the SEI Honours Research Fellowship Program is to provide a supportive environment and community for emerging researchers, exposing them to multidisciplinary thinking and methodologies in order to address critical environmental issues.
