An automatic fail will be awarded for any assessment item where a student breaches client/ patient privacy. The final assessment mark for each student on placement or undertaking a project must be determined by the relevant member of the faculty’s academic staff, consistently with the requirements of the Coursework Policy 2014 and the Assessment Procedures 2011.
