There is more than one way to manage a project. However, many organisations become entrenched in standardisation that may limit their capacity to innovate and respond to emerging opportunities. This Unit of Study introduces students to a range of different approaches to project management, building the ability to critically question current practice and foster innovative thinking to improve organisational outcomes.
