Opening hours

We provide continuing care to all of our patients - either by consultation or in the case of an emergency we provide immediate care without appointment.

We offer veterinary care by consultation for routine and follow-up care and wildlife emergency services for acute cases during opening hours.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Weekends Closed
  • Urgent cases: Patients will be seen without an appointment, but we kindly request you call ahead to provide brief details.
  • For all other cases: Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are encouraged. Please call the hospital in advance to schedule your visit or if you need an appointment.
  • After hours: For after-hours emergencies, rescues or advice, please call a licensed wildlife rescue group such as WIRES or Sydney Wildlife.
