Our two-year program meets the requirements for international students wishing to apply for a post-study work visa in Australia.
We also offer flexible pathway options through our Graduate Diploma in Commerce and Graduate Certificate in Commerce.
If you have relevant previous qualifications, you may also be eligible for recognition of prior learning.
While the Master of Commerce and Master of Commerce (Extension) have different admission requirements, you can choose to transfer from either degree to the other and depending on your needs.
If you want to change your course from Master of Commerce to Master of Commerce (Extension), you must apply for the Master of Commerce (Extension) before you start your third semester.

This depends on whether you meet the admission criteria for the Master of Commerce.
In order to be considered, you are required to apply for the Master of Commerce online*.
Should the transfer be successful, you will be eligible for a full credit transfer where applicable to the Master of Commerce.
* The application process is the same as when students applied for the Master of Commerce (Extension).
One of the best advantages to our Master of Commerce (Extension) is that you do not need to have a background in business. Any bachelor’s degree will allow you to apply to the course immediately after graduation – no work experience required.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of one-year’s relevant work experience, you can choose to study our Master of Commerce.
