The PARKCAN study: Survey for cannabis and related substance use in Parkinson’s Disease population in Australia and its impact on Parkinson’s symptoms

This study is an anonymous online survey aiming to investigate cannabis or cannabis related substance use in Australian Parkinson's Disease patients.

The survey will take you 5-10 mins to complete. You will be asked questions about your Parkinson's Disease symptoms, cannabis use (if any), and if relevant whether the impact you have seen after cannabis use on your Parkinson's symptoms. The data collected from this study will provide valuable insight into the prevalence of Parkinson's motor and non-motor symptoms and the use of cannabis or cannabis related substances in the Australian Parkinson's Disease population and its impact on symptoms.

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • You have a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease
  • You are over the age of 18
  • You are an Australian resident
