Open-source software for data intensive science
An important component of our work is to contribute to the development of open-source software for the broader analytical community.
We have developed R packages and Shiny web applications that encompass a wide spectrum of topics, ranging from generating predictive biomarkers to single cell data analysis. These resources are available on GitHub, the Bioconductor Project or the Shiny server.
