Dr Jenni Green graduated from the University of Bristol in Chemistry in 1996. After working for a water company for 5.5 years in the UK, she then returned to her homeland of New Zealand where she graduated as a vet from Massey University in 2008. Initially, she worked as a dairy vet in Canterbury, NZ, but progressively became more small animal focused after moving to a rural mixed practice on the North Island.
Jenni came to Australia with her husband and young daughter in February 2011 to work exclusively as a small animal clinician (with a focus on medicine) whilst assisting students to prepare for their foray into the world of veterinary science.

Veterinarian - Focusing on Skin, Ears and Allergy
Dr Tina Baxter graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney in 1999, and then worked in a busy mixed clinic in Sydney. She returned to the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital Camden (UVTHC) in 2004 to undertake five years of additional training in dermatology under the supervision of Linda Vogelnest.
In 2004, she obtained Membership to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (by examination) in Small Animal Medicine. She published numerous journal articles including a major research paper on allergy testing in horses.
For a few years (between having children) she worked at UVTHC and in several clinics around Sydney, focusing mainly on skin, ear and allergic problems in dogs, cats and horses. Tina is now a part-time member of the Uni Vets Camden small animal veterinary team and continues to concentrate on medicine- and skin-related problems as well as routine health care.

Dr Cynthia graduated from The University of Sydney in 2016 and began her career in a busy small‑animal clinic in the Sutherland Shire. Working across a wide range of medical and surgical cases helped her build strong skills in general practice. At this clinic, she supervised numerous veterinary students on placement. Guiding students as they take their first steps into the profession and watching them grow into capable new graduates, is something she finds rewarding. This passion eventually led her to join Uni Vets Camden, where she continues to support both pets and future vets.
Cynthia has a special interest in ophthalmology and all aspects of general practice. Cynthia also works part‑time at the Wildlife Hospital, using her veterinary skills to support the care and rehabilitation of native wildlife.
Outside the clinic, Cynthia enjoys horse riding, bushwalking, bird watching, and painting.

Anne graduated with her BVSc from the University of Sydney in 2005. She is a senior lecturer in the Sydney School of Veterinary Science and also works in private practice. She is a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law, a Diplomate of the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioural Medicine in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law, and has a PhD in veterinary ethics.
She co-wrote the Veterinary General Practice Casebook: Companion Animal Clinics (Taylor & Francis) with Andrew Gardiner, and Veterinary Ethics: Navigating Tough Cases (5M) with Siobhan Mullan. She also co-edited The Vet Cookbook: A Collegial Collaboration and The Veterinary Cookbook II: Celebrating the Wins! (Centre for Veterinary Education) with Lis Churchward, Sharmila Kumaran and Kimberley Blackett. She is passionate about general practice, clinical and ethical decision-making, and animal welfare. In 2023, she received a Fear Free Research Award in recognition of her commitment to alleviating fear, anxiety, and stress in animals through research, and in 2024, a Centenary Medal from the NSW Veterinary Practitioner's Board for Animal Welfare Leadership in Veterinary Ethics and Animal Welfare.
Dr Karina Segovia graduated in 2010 from the Veterinary School at the Universidad Santo Tomas in Chile. During her time at veterinary school, she worked for the Anatomy Department where she was in charge of preparing specimens for undergraduate practical classes and assisting wet lab classes.
She moved to Australia in 2010 and started working at Uni Vets Camden in 2012 as a nurse with a focus on anaesthesia, helping train Year 4 veterinary students in the desex clinic practical classes. From 2013 Karina began as an anaesthesia teaching assistant for Year 5 veterinary students in the spey clinic, and from 2016 she commenced work in the small animal department. Karina and her husband have a beautiful daughter and two lovely cats Mia and Benito.

Dr Abby graduated from an Animal and Veterinary BioSceince degree at Sydney University in 2006 followed by a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at The University of QLD in 2013. She then completed a Small Animal Internship at the Veternary Teaching Hospital in Gatton QLD and worked betwen the Gatton and Dayboro Clinics for several years as a GP Teaching Clinician. Some of her most memorable vet work was spending a year in Darwin and becoming involved in comunity animal health programs through AMRRIC. She started working at Uni Vets Camden in 2026 and enjoys working with Veterinary students in the clinic during their final years as well as still devoting some time to Telehealth, Mobile Veterinary care and Home Euthanasias for those clients requiring at home Veterinary Care. She has a young family and enjoys road tripping around Australia to beautiful and remote places in her spare time.
BVSc (hons I) PhD MVetStud (Equine Surgery) DACVS-LA MANZCVS
Dr Sara Biasutti graduated from Sydney University in 2007 and worked in regional mixed practice in Central West NSW until 2012, when she returned to the University to complete an internship in equine medicine and surgery. Following her internship, she then accepted a residency in equine surgery and obtained a masters degree in equine surgery in 2015 and completed her residency in 2016. In 2018 she completed her doctoral thesis by research, investigating the healing of tendon and cartilage and possible cartilage resurfacing techniques in large animals. In 2019 she became board certified in large animal surgery and in 2020 she became a registered equine specialist in equine surgery.

Dr Marta Wereszka graduated from Murdoch University, Perth in 2002. Since graduating she has worked at the Singapore Turf Club, Morphetville Racehorse Hospital in Adelaide, Ballarat Equine Hospital in Victoria as well as the Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center in Virginia in the USA where she undertook her surgical residency training.
Dr Marta Wereszka endeavours to always seek, learn and utilize the most innovative surgical technique possible. Some of her special interests include arthroscopy for joint disease, respiratory problems in the athletic horse, minimally invasive laser surgery, treatment of infected joints and tendon sheaths, wound management, and treatment of tumours in horses. She loves to treat horses with uncommon types of surgical problems.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her jumper Stock-horse X, Diego, spending time with her two beautiful daughters Valentina, Vera and her husband, gardening, cooking with the kids and renovating their house.
BSc DVM MVCS MVS Dipl ACVSMR
Dr Nicolle Wiechula completed her vet degree at the University of Adelaide before commencing a 12-month rotating equine internship at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital. She then went on to locum as an equine practitioner in Queensland for 9months before completing a second internship at the University of Sydney. Following this, she completed her residency training and master’s degrees at the University of Sydney. Once specialised in sports medicine and rehabilitation, she worked in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula for 18 months, servicing a range of clients from sport horses and racing to pleasure horses and miniature ponies. She has now returned to the University of Sydney and is a registered specialist with the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (equine).
Dr Nicolle Wiechula is an official FEI veterinarian for show jumping and eventing. Her research has focused on drug clearance times and back pain. She is particularly interested in muscular conditioning and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation in preventing and managing injuries and increasing performance in equine athletes. She is also passionate about client education and started her own podcast (“Ultimate Equine Podcast”) aimed at explaining veterinary topics to owners in a user-friendly way.
Dr Nicolle just completed her first marathon, and in her spare time enjoys running, hiking, spending time with her rescue greyhound Jax and eating good food.

Dr Albert Tsang graduated from the University of Sydney in 2011 and commenced an internship in equine medicine and surgery in 2012.
He stayed on as an intern at the University for an additional year with greater responsibility in equine medicine and diagnostic imaging.
In July 2015, Dr Tsang returned to the University of Sydney and commenced a residency in equine sports medicine and obtained a master’s degree in equine sports medicine.
After the completion of his residency program, he completed a doctoral thesis by research, examining the effectiveness of stem cell therapy in tendon injuries in horses.
Since 2020, Dr Tsang has been teaching large animal practical skills throughout DVM program and re-joined the Camden Equine Centre in 2023 with a stronger focus on general equine practice and clinical teaching.

Originally from Poland, Dr Paulina Supera-Gallo grew up around horses, which sparked a passion for equine care from an early age. After working in Sweden, France, and the UK, she moved to Australia in 2017. Initially, she worked at a busy dressage stud on the Central Coast before completing an internship at the University of Adelaide. She then went on to work at Vinery Stud, one of the major thoroughbred studs in the Hunter Valley, as well as in a busy private practice in Newcastle.
Dr Supera-Gallo is now a reproduction and ambulatory veterinarian at Camden Equine Centre. She is passionate about equine reproduction and stud medicine, enjoys teaching and mentoring students, and looks forward to continuing to grow her skills while pursuing further training in animal reproduction.

Originally from Hong Kong, Dr Cyrus Ho has always had a deep connection to horses thanks to the vibrant horse racing industry back home. Dr Ho graduated from Melbourne University in 2020. Upon graduation, he pursued an 18-month equine internship in surgery at Ballarat Equine Clinic, where he stayed on for another year to further develop his clinical expertise and interest. He then moved to New South Wales in 2023 and has since then worked at Camden Equine Centre as an ambulatory veterinarian.
Dr Ho is also an FEI treating and official veterinarian, and you may see him at different events. He is interested in equine surgery, particularly soft tissue surgery and arthroscopies, as well as after-hours emergency care. He is planning to pursue further training in surgery. Outside of work, he enjoys catching up on his reading list and exploring dessert spots with his partner.

Dr Anisia Zbiljic graduated from The University of Sydney in 2025 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up in the Camden area immersed in the harness racing industry and riding horses from a young age which piqued her interest in veterinary medicine. She enjoys anaesthesia (of all species) and a multitude of aspects of equine practice, particularly lameness, respiratory work-ups and emergencies.
She is keen to learn a lot about anaesthesia and ambulatory equine practice from the University’s experienced clinicians. Dr Anisia is passionate about teaching and is keen to utilise her background in tutoring to assist in optimising the student experience at UVTHC.
Outside of the veterinary world, she enjoys piano, chess, horse riding, watercolour painting and singing in her church choir with friends.

Associate Professor John House graduated from Murdoch University, Western Australia, completed specialty training in large animal medicine and has a pHD at University of California, Davis.
Research efforts have focused on disease control and enhancing farm productivity through the conduct of epidemiological studies and the development of diagnostic tests and vaccines. Much of this work has been directed at prevention of salmonellosis in intensive ruminant production systems. Current projects include the evaluation of DNA adenine methylase attenuated salmonella vaccines in cattle and sheep, a national survey of bovine pink eye in Australia looking at the prevalence of serotypes, epidemiological studies of environmental mastitis pathogens on NSW dairy farms, epidemiological studies of mycoplasma in dairy cattle and projects evaluating different approaches to assisted reproduction in dairy cattle.

Dr Jennie Mohler is originally from Northern California; her interest in livestock originates from family beef and dairy operations. Dr Jennie’s family own a 30,000 cow dairy operation in Southern Idaho which inspired her to undertake a veterinary degree. She has an undergraduate degree in Animal Health and Production from U.C. Davis (1998) and received her Veterinary Degree from the University of Sydney in 2005. Prior to embarking on a veterinary career, she worked in the Biotechnology Industry in the Bay Area of California as a research associate and laboratory animal manager where she developed murine models of sepsis and endoxemia for determining the efficacy of novel protein compounds and experimental drugs.
Dr Mohler completed her PhD in 2013 at the University of Sydney, which evaluated the effectiveness of a modified live salmonella vaccine in cattle and sheep. In 2010, she passed her Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientist membership exams in dairy cattle medicine and has been active member of the Cattle Chapter ever since.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, quilting, action movies, spoiling her Australian Shepherds, fostering kittens and volunteering at the Camden Show.

Associate Professor Sam Rowe was in the foundational year of the new BVSc program at James Cook University and graduated in 2010. He then spent six years in a dairy practice located in the Atherton Tablelands, QLD. During that time he completed his Masters of Veterinary Medicine through Massey University and sat board exams with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in dairy practice.
He then moved to Minnesota to do a PhD under Sandra Godden in applied veterinary epidemiology. He was involved in conducting field trials and observational studies to evaluate practical and sustainable ways for dairy farmers to reduce antibiotic use.
A/Prof Sam Rowe has a keen interest in the management of diseases on dairy farms with an emphasis on mastitis and antibiotic stewardship as well as applied epidemiology, causal inference and biostatistics.

Dr Luke Ingenhoff graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 with BVSc (Hons), became a member of the ANZCVS (Medicine of Dairy Cattle) in 2013 and a fellow of the ANZCVS (Dairy Cattle Medicine and Management in 2018). He has worked as a cattle practitioner since 2007 and has worked in the Hunter Valley, Cumbria (UK) and at the University of Sydney.

Dr Francisco Segundo comes from Uruguay, where his family operates both a cattle and horse stud. He made the move across the globe to study Veterinary Medicine at The University of Sydney graduating in the class of 2022. During his first year out he completed a mixed equine and livestock internship at the University Teaching Hospital Camden after which he transitioned to exclusively working with livestock. Dr Fran has a keen interest in the veterinarian’s role in improving the sustainability of the livestock industry. He is also looking to complete membership and fellowship examinations in dairy cattle medicine and production.

Dr Dini Hapukotuwa graduated from the University of Sydney in 2015. Since graduating she worked in beef mixed practice in Oberon, New South Wales, and then transitioned to dairy practice in Kyabram in Northern Victoria. She also worked as a lecturer in Livestock Health and Medicine at the University of Liverpool in the UK. She returned to Australia in 2022 to take up a residency in dairy cattle medicine.
Dr Dini is very passionate about dairy cattle and has a special interest in calf health after completing her research project on colostrum management. She also enjoys consulting with farmers regarding herd level problems, and is keen to find sustainable ways to maximise animal health, welfare and production on dairy farms. Dr Dini is coming towards the end of her residency and intends to sit her fellowships in dairy cattle medicine.
In her spare time, Dini enjoys relaxing on the beach, going on hikes, road trips and travelling to new places.

Dr Paige Ayton spent her early years on Norfolk Island and in Sydney, before growing up in Hobart, Tasmania. She completed a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours at the University of New South Wales, majoring in biology, sociology and anthropology, and minoring in art theory, graduating in 2021. She went on to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2025. Dr Paige Ayton is interested in livestock medicine and surgery, with a particular focus on dairy cattle, especially herd health and reproduction. She is motivated by the role veterinarians play in supporting safe, sustainable farming systems and food security.

Dr Rory Nevard is a Registered Specialist in Veterinary Reproduction and Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists. Born and bred on the Atherton Tablelands in North Queensland, Dr Nevard graduated from Veterinary Science at James Cook University with an academic medal in 2017 and went into rural mixed and cattle practice in Northern Australia. Following 3 years in private practice, he then completed residency training in Theriogenology at Charles Sturt University in collaboration with Cornell University. He has keen professional interests in bovine and equine embryo transfer, Ovum Pick-up (OPU), obstetrics and reproductive surgery and he is currently employed as a clinician at the University of Sydney with a primary focus on Assisted Reproduction in Large Animals.

Dr Gus Ruiz is a registered specialist in Reproduction with experience in advanced reproductive technologies. Originally from Argentina, he completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and initial training in equine reproduction, working primarily with Criollo and Polo Pony horses. He later moved to Qatar, where he led the development of a commercial equine embryo transfer program focused on Arabian show horses.
He pursued postgraduate studies at Washington State University (USA), earning a Master of Science degree and completing a comparative Theriogenology Residency under the mentorship of Dr. Ahmed Tibary. Dr Ruiz is a Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists and a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Animal Reproduction Chapter). Since relocating to Australia in 2020, he has worked in private equine practice across the Hunter Valley, Victoria, and the Hawkesbury region. His clinical interests include assisted reproductive technologies, mare and stallion infertility, and subfertility management.
Dr Ruiz currently serves as a Registered Specialist in Reproduction and Senior Clinician at the University of Sydney’s Camden Equine Centre.

Dr Eduardo Uquillas graduated from the Universidad Mayor, Chile in 2007. Following graduation, he worked as a small animal clinician for 3 years, during this time he completed a post grade diploma in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia in small animals.
In 2010 he started a residency in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia at the University Teaching Hospital Camden (UVTHC) in cooperation with the University of Pennsylvania, which he completed in 2015.
Eduardo is based at the University Teaching Hospital Camden (UVTHC) and is the Unit Head of the Anaesthesia service.

Sara obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 2014, followed by a PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia, in 2021, where she focused on Chlamydia pecorum disease and pathology in koalas. She then completed a Doctor of Veterinary Science (DVSc) and residency program in veterinary anatomic pathology at the University of Guelph, Canada, in 2024, with research on novel vaccine development in domestic species. Sara became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (Anatomic) in 2025. Her expertise includes diagnostic pathology, immunology of infectious diseases, and zoo/exotic animal pathology.
