Feedback and complaints for staff and affiliates
We aspire to create a respectful and inclusive environment through the services we provide, and our conduct. Our community thrives when all members - students, staff and affiliates - actively uphold our shared values.
By speaking up when something feels inappropriate, you help to create a better place to work for everyone.
We expect all staff and students to act with integrity, and uphold the University's values of excellence, trust and accountability. If you experience or witness behaviour that does not align with our expectations of respectful and inclusive conduct, we encourage you to raise it.
Whether the issue relates to workplace conduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or other workplace issues, we have policies and procedures in place to guide the process and facilitate appropriate handling of your complaint.
You can speak confidentially to a support person, your manager, or your HR Partner to better understand your options before deciding how to proceed.
