In addition to individual therapy/counselling, we offer a range of support options, including CAPS Head Set site, self-help resources and webinars

Our self-help resources cover a range of topics to help you manage your wellbeing. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriate health professional.

Head Set

Head Set by Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is an online resource that offers a variety of evidence-based information and practices. These are aimed at helping you manage psychological wellbeing to achieve your individual goals at university. Access the Head Set site in Canvas.

CAPS videos

CAPS has created a video to share some information with you about how to navigate your studies during the global pandemic and online learning environment. The video also provides some useful tips on how to look after yourself and reach out for help. You can watch the English version of this video or the version in Mandarin.

CAPS handouts or e-therapy

Listed below are a number of self-help resources you can access if you or someone you may know is currently experiencing difficulties.


Throughout the year we run a series of free webinars on Zoom. These are designed to equip you with skills to cope with the demands and challenges of study and everyday life. They cover a range of topics and you can attend as many as you like each semester.
