Counselling and mental health support

Self-help resources and webinars

In addition to individual therapy/counselling, we offer a range of support options, including our Head Set site, self-help resources and webinars

Our self-help resources cover a range of topics to help you manage your wellbeing. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriate health professional.

Head Set

Head Set by the Student Counselling Service is an online resource that offers a variety of evidence-based information and practices. These are aimed at helping you manage psychological wellbeing to achieve your individual goals at university. Access the Head Set site in Canvas.

TalkCampus

Download the TalkCampus app and chat with students around the world, 24/7, in a safe, supportive and encouraging multilingual environment. The TalkCampus app provides free and instant support for your mental health and wellbeing and allows you to remain anonymous while accessing support. Find out more about TalkCampus.

Innowell

Innowell is a platform designed to give you 24/7 on demand access to tools that assist in self-management of mental wellbeing and health, and provide information about how to seek help as needed. Find out more about Innowell.

Videos

We've created a video to share some information with you about how to navigate your studies during the global pandemic and online learning environment. The video also provides some useful tips on how to look after yourself and reach out for help. You can watch the English version of this video or the version in Mandarin.

Handouts or e-therapy

Listed below are a number of self-help resources you can access if you or someone you may know is currently experiencing difficulties.
