  • If your course doesn’t have these, leave the drop-down field as 'No Selection'.
  • If yours aren't listed, add them as additional information later in your application.

Step 3: Add credit items

In the 'Add credit or RVL item' section, add an individual credit item for every unit of study you would like to apply for. You need to do this one at a time.

  1. For Type, select 'Credit'.
  2. For Credit learning type, select 'Higher education'.
  3. Enter the name of the institution where you completed your overseas study.
  4. For Course name, enter 'Mobility'.
  5. Complete the remaining fields about the unit you studied, then click Add item to add it to your application.

To add another credit item, repeat the steps.

Step 4: Upload approval letter

You need to upload an academic approval letter for each credit item you add. You don't need to provide course outlines.

  1. In 'Application summary', click Upload in the 'Course outline' column.
  2. Upload the academic approval letter.

To add another unit of study, click Copy.

Step 5: Upload transcripts

Make sure you’ve read the detailed requirements on What you’ll need to apply.

  • You'll need to attach a certified copy of your official academic transcript from your host institution.
  • Include your name and Student ID in the file name.

To upload your supporting documents:

  1. In Sydney Student, in the 'Supporting documents' section, select 'Transcript' as the document type from the drop-down list.
  2. Select Upload, then find the document you want to attach.

Step 6: Review and submit your application

Once you've provided all the required information and documents, select Submit to finalise your application. If you’d like to return to it later, select Save and continue your application by restarting these steps.
