Graduates of the Master of Laws have a nuanced mastery of the law, the Australian legal system, and the multiple contexts in which the law evolves and operates. 2 Employ expert judgement to identify, analyse, and respond critically and innovatively to complex legal problems by applying and integrating advanced knowledge, reasoning, and research.
3 Employ advanced intellectual and practical skills to locate, evaluate, and synthesise relevant factual, legal, scholarly, and policy information in an ethical manner, and will demonstrate the ability to conduct independent legal research at a high level.
4 Critically reflect on their ethical responsibilities to the legal profession, the legal system, the community, and the pursuit of justice.
