Applied Mathematics


The School of Mathematics and Statistics offers an honours program in applied mathematics for eligible students. The main applied mathematics research areas covered in the honours year are Astrophysical and Geophysical Modelling, Financial Mathematics, Industrial Modelling, Mathematical Biosciences and Nonlinear Systems.
