All students in the Bachelor of Project Management have the option to complete a Table A Minor.
A People and Change minor will equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to identify the key behavioural aspects of project management that often distinguishes excellent project managers from poor ones.
You will focus on strategies for effective communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict management, as well as tactics for managing organisational change and sustained knowledge retention and sharing.
A minor in Project Controls will equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills required to monitor and control aspects of the project life cycle. You will be exposed to the technical aspects of project management concepts and tools for the initiation of projects, including project scope, time, cost and resource management.
