Carers’ experiences of providing care and support for a person living with a long-term health condition

Researchers at the University of Sydney want to hear about your perspective and experiences of providing care and support for someone living with a long-term condition who may be experiencing social isolation or loneliness.

This study involves an interview for about 45 minutes about your experiences of providing care and/or support for a person living with a long-term health condition, as well as social relationships and support. Interviews can be conducted face to face, via telephone or online video. If you choose to participate, you will be reimbursed in recognition of your time.

The study findings will provide a better understanding of social connectedness and loneliness to guide health practice and policy to improve support and care for people living with long-term health conditions and those who support them.
