The iBelong Study – Evaluating text message support for the social wellbeing of young adults

The iBelong study evaluates the use of text messaging to deliver support for social wellbeing to young adults.

Did you know that your social wellbeing has a huge impact on your physical and mental health?

When you take part, you will be provided with strategies for improving your social wellbeing via text message. You will also complete two online surveys. Participation is completely virtual and requires approximately 30 minutes of your time in total over two weeks.

Each study participant will go in the draw to win 1 of 4 GiftPay gift cards. 

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are an 18- to 25-year old young adult
  • fluent in written and spoken English
  • have an Australian mobile phone number. Please note – you will not be required to send any text messages.
