When you take part, you will be provided with strategies for improving your social wellbeing via text message. You will also complete two online surveys. Participation is completely virtual and requires approximately 30 minutes of your time in total over two weeks.

Each study participant will go in the draw to win 1 of 4 GiftPay gift cards.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are an 18- to 25-year old young adult
  • fluent in written and spoken English
