2 Critically analyse and apply a range of research-informed teaching and assessment methodologies to support English language learners in diverse educational and cultural contexts.
3 Design, implement, and evaluate curricula, lessons and materials that are responsive to the linguistic, cultural, and individual needs of learners in English as a second and foreign language settings.
4 Communicate complex TESOL concepts and practices effectively to a variety of audiences using appropriate communication skills.
5 Apply cognitive, technical, and creative skills to address challenges in language teaching and learning, and to contribute to the development of effective educational strategies and resources.
6 Apply initiative and accountability in developing TESOL curricula, lessons or materials, incorporating ethical considerations and intercultural awareness to meet the diverse needs of English language learners.
