Education

A rewarding learning environment for student groups.
The island itself and surrounding lagoon provide an opportunity for students to experience the biodiversity and explore the complex relationships that exist within coral reef ecosystems.

One Tree Island Research Stations offers senior high school and university student groups hands-on experience in field techniques and data analysis. The sheltered bay and absence of other operations creates a low-risk environment to work within.

Students who have visited the Research Station are always left feeling inspired and comment on the educational benefits, and life changing experience.
