The Sydney Knowledge Hub is a coworking space for innovative startups, non-profits, and corporates seeking to collaborate with the researchers, students, and facilities at the University of Sydney.

Sydney Knowledge Hub facilitates collaboration between academia and industry. 

Members of the Knowledge Hub have access to a modern coworking space in the heart of campus and to a rich array of community programming and events in one of our many event spaces.  The Knowledge Hub also helps members connect with the researchers, grant consultants, labs and makerspaces, and other resources at the University of Sydney. 

Members have discounted access to the high-end research infrastructure of our Core Research Facilities.

Who the is Sydney Knowledge Hub for?

Innovative startups, non-profits, and corporates that want to use the space as their primary place of work. 

We are technology and industry agnostic and currently support research-based organisations in the following areas:

Membership

Membership is application-based with selection criteria based on the level of collaboration potential with researchers at the University of Sydney.

Monthly membership fees are as follows:

  • Full Time membership is $450 per month (excluding GST) and gives you access to a dedicated desk.
  • Flexi membership is $350 per month (excluding GST) and gives you access to a hot desk.

Pre-seed or pre-revenue startups may be eligible for a three-month initial pro bono period.
