This scholarship is valued at $400.
You must:
1. Background
a. The Spero Gravas Scholarship is awarded to support students of Greek heritage.
2. Eligibility Criteria
a. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree at the University of Sydney.
b. Applicants must have parents or grandparents who are, or were at any time of their lives, a Greek citizen.
c. Applicants must have completed at least one year of study at the University of Sydney.
3. Selection Criteria
a. The Scholarship will be awarded based on academic merit.
4. Value
a. This Scholarship has a value of $400 and is tenable for one year.
b. The Scholarship annual value will be paid after the census date of the first semester.
c. The Scholarship will be awarded subject to the availability of funds.
d. No other amount is payable
5. Ongoing Eligibility
a. None apply.
6. Termination
a. The Scholarship will be terminated if the recipient:
I. withdraws from an eligible course or fails to enrol,
II. is determined by the University to be guilty of serious misconduct, including, but not limited to, having provided false or misleading information as part of their Scholarship application,
III. does not resume study at the end of a period of approved leave.
b. Once the Scholarship has been terminated, it will not be reinstated unless due to University error.
