Students complete 72 credit points, including:
(a) 24 credit points of core units of study;
(b) a minimum of 18 credit points from selective units of study for the same stream;
(c) a maximum of 24 credit points from elective units of study, or selectives from another stream;
(d) a minimum of 6 credit points from capstone units of study.

Graduate Diploma in Social Justice (Development Studies)

Students complete 48 credit points including:
(a) a minimum of 18 credit points of core units of study, including DVST6904;
(b) a minimum of 18 credit points from selective units of study from the same stream; and

Students completing a Master of Social Justice are required to complete at least 6 credit points of capstone units of study. Students must complete either the dissertation project option or the placement program or the independent study option.
Students wishing to complete the year-long dissertation project should first complete SSPS6001, SSPS6002 or SSPS6004.
