| With the permission of the relevant delegate a maximum of 12 credit points can be taken as elective units from outside those listed in the table, including units of study offered by other faculties. | |||

| Students completing a Master of Social Justice are required to complete at least 6 credit points of capstone units of study. Students must complete either the dissertation, or research project option or the placement program option. Students wishing to complete the year-long dissertation project should first complete SSPS6001, SSPS6002 or SSPS6004. |
