We’re looking for students who we can occasionally contact to get feedback about the student experience. Primarily we will be asking about the online experience.

Who can join in?
Any student currently enrolled at The University of Sydney.
What will I be expected to do?
Occasionally, we will email you to ask your opinion or for feedback on something, usually through an online survey or task. We will let you know in the email how much time it will take, but usually it shouldn’t be more than 5-10 minutes. We may occasionally hold face-to-face sessions, but your participation in any task is always completely voluntary.
What is my commitment?
There is no commitment. We will ask you to help and if you can’t or don’t want to that’s fine. We’d expect to ask for help once or maybe twice a month at most
Will you identify me from my answers?
Most of feedback we collect will be anonymous – you won’t need to log in or provide personal details. If for any reason we do need to ask for personal information, we will make it very clear what we are asking and why we are asking for it. In these cases, if you don’t want to provide this information, you don’t need to complete the task.
Why are you asking about my enrolment status?
Some tasks may apply to a very narrow audience – for instance HDR students or first year students – so if you let us know a little bit about you, we will not need to contact you as often.
What if I change my mind?
That’s fine, you can email us at any time and we will remove you from our list.
What do I get in return?
Most tasks will be very short, and will take very little time, so all we can offer is the opportunity to help improve the student experience for yourself and other students. Occasionally we will have more complex tasks, so may offer you payment or the chance to win a prize in return for your participation.
