Follow this step-by-step guide to log in to our network for the first time. Once logged in you'll be able to connect to Wi-Fi and printers, download free software and more.
When it's time to enrol we'll email you a log-in name and a link for you to set your password. We call this your UniKey account. You'll use it to access our systems.
Open a web browser on your computer and go to our MFA page. Log in using your UniKey and password and follow the on-screen instructions to set up MFA.
You'll need your mobile phone or tablet with the Okta app to complete the process.
You'll be prompted to set up password management self-service.
If you ever forget your password, you'll be able to re-set it yourself.
Setting up FastPass is optional, but allows you to log in faster, without needing to enter your password or receive verification codes.
FastPass is available on Mac or Windows desktops and laptops.
Now that you're set up you can access the most frequently used applications from the student website homepage.
You only need one UniKey and password to log in. This is called single sign-on (SSO). There's no need to remember multiple passwords.
Now that you've logged in for the first time, it's time to find out more about our IT services and how these can support you in your studies.
